Some times prospective clients read some bad reviews about the resorts we use and they become very concerned.

It has become such a problem trying to explain that this has nothing to do with us. The resorts we patronize do not even sell on line the accommodations we offer you. Junior suites, One-bedroom suites or the Presidential Suites.

There are bad reviews for every super inclusive resort in the Caribbean. These resorts have 500 bedrooms and that is many people every day. Since a small percentage of them will be always be happy for no apparent reason and a small percentage of them will be unhappy for no apparent reason that is a whole lot of opinions floating around.
Since it is rare for people to go out of their way to express positive opinions but you cannot them to shut up if they feel bad about something that also skews the boards.

Again the bad reviews apply only to most basic of rooms, accommodations that are occupied by vacationers who bought an all inclusive package including airfare from a tour operator, these accommodations have nothing to do with the superior accommodations we provide you but let us do the math even for the most basic of accommodation that a tour operator provides at the same resorts we use.
The average price for a super inclusive resort anywhere in the Caribbean is from $600 to $1,100 per person for 8 days and 7 nights.
We average it to $900.00.
From this $300.00 pay the airline,
$300.00 the tour operator’s charge
and there is $300.00 to cover the resort.
This is $43 per day. Can you tell me what can you buy for $43.00 in North America these days? In some places, not even three drinks. What do you get with your basic accommodations in a resort? Your transportation, you’re a/c room, you are on the beach, you have a myriad of activities, unlimited meals and drinks 24/7 plus snacks, a Las Vegas style casino, a night club, nightly entertainment and many times free excursions, pools, Jacuzzis, near by golf courses, help desk and most of the times personalized service. Two important points: For every complainer there are 10 persons with happy experiences that the do not write a review.

Again, the accommodations we provide you in these resorts are not the same as described above not even on line and when they sell them, the rates are $350 to $800 per night.
